Teach for Change & Veni Rao Foundation Expand Education and Health Initiatives in Telangana
Hyderabad, 11 August 2025 – Actor-philanthropist Lakshmi Manchu’s Teach for Change and Ratna Reddy’s Veni Rao Foundation are deepening their impact across Telangana through expanded education and health programs for government school students.
Building on 45 existing Smart Classrooms, two new digital learning spaces are being added in Janwada to enhance interactive education. Simultaneously, the FlowForward initiative—which provides reusable sanitary pads—will now support an additional 1,000 adolescent girls, bringing the total impact to over 6,000 girls statewide.
To date, the partnership has positively impacted 9,000+ students and adolescent girls, promoting quality education and menstrual dignity in government schools.
“Every child deserves quality education, and every girl the freedom to attend school with dignity,” said Lakshmi Manchu.“We are committed to long-term, sustainable change,” added Ratna Reddy.
