International Yoga Day was celebrated grandly at Sri Chaitanya School in Mehdipatnam.


International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Sri Chaitanya School in Mehdipatnam. The event was organised under the leadership of AGM B. Krishna and RI-Principal Swathi. On this occasion, students enthusiastically performed various yoga asanas.
Speaking to the students on this occasion, AGMB Krishna, the RI- Principal N.Swathi, said...that yoga is essential not only for individual lifestyles but also for a better future for the world, and that it shows the way to achieve physical fitness through mental well-being.
Speaking further about Yoga, it was stated that the practice fosters self-knowledge, inner stability, and balance, making it essential for one's personal lifestyle. It was noted that people of all ages can practice Yoga and that it helps eliminate distress by promoting a balanced lifestyle that integrates work, nutrition, and sleep. Coordinators Akhil Janardhan and Pushpanjali; in-charges Aruna, Mallesh, Yadagiri, and Pushpa; PETs Krishna and Anita; as well as teachers, students, and others participated in this program.
