Students Should Set High Goals – Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka


State Minister for Panchayati Raj, Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Women and Child Welfare, Danasari Anasuya Seethakka, emphasized the importance of students choosing high and ambitious goals early in life.
On Wednesday, at the Zilla Parishad Girls High School in Mulugu district headquarters, Minister Seethakka, along with District Collector Divakar T.S. and Library Chairman Banoth Ravi Chander, inaugurated a Computer Labestablished by Infosys Foundation.

Speaking on the occasion, the minister shared her personal journey, recalling how she studied at the same school and lived in an ST hostel. She stated that despite coming from an extremely underprivileged background, her passion for education led her to complete a Ph.D. She emphasized that poverty is not a barrier to achieving great goals and that students should begin aiming high from a young age.
Seethakka highlighted how education changed her life, enabling her to overcome challenges and succeed in politics. She expressed her commitment to give back to her alma mater, which led to the donation of 10 computers through Infosys to support students in enhancing their technical skills from the school level.
Later, the minister, along with the collector, laid the foundation stone for the construction of three toilet blocks at the school, funded with Rs. 6 lakh.
The event was attended by DEO D. Chandrakala, sectoral officers Arsham Raju, Gyadari Ramadevi, Gullapalli Sambayya, DSO Jayadev, MEO Vajja Tirupati, school principal Jhansi, teachers, students, public representatives, and other concerned officials.
