A special screening of Kannappa, the devotional blockbuster starring Vishnu Manchu, was held in Vijayawada on July 2nd. The event was graced by veteran actor-producer Dr. M. Mohan Babu, spiritual leaders including Aghoris, Nag Sadhus, Yoginis, and saints, along with Ghazal Srinivas, renowned singer and president of Save Temples Bharat.
Dr. M. Mohan Babu expressed joy over the film’s widespread appreciation and praised Vishnu Manchu’s performance. He stated it was a divine experience to watch the film again in the presence of spiritual figures.
Ghazal Srinivas commended the film as a remarkable retelling of Kannappa’s life. He lauded the film's emotional depth and spiritual richness, appreciating the efforts of Mohan Babu as producer and the powerful performances by Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, Mohanlal, Sharath Kumar, and Vishnu Manchu.
