A condolence meeting in memory of late Anchor Swechcha was held on Tuesday at the JCHSL office under the leadership of Society President Brahmandabheri Goparaju.

Journalists, media personalities, and society members paid floral tributes and shared heartfelt memories of her contributions.
Former Telangana Media Academy Chairman Allam Narayana expressed deep sorrow over the insensitive content being circulated about Swechcha on social media, condemning the violation of media ethics and the invasion of personal privacy. He emphasized that such practices must be stopped.
Senior journalist and former Andhra Jyothy Editor K. Srinivas recalled Swechcha's bold nature and said her sudden demise deeply affected everyone. T News CEO and former society secretary Shailesh Reddy praised her professionalism and broad understanding of social and political issues, noting her rare talent and commitment.
Goparaju highlighted Swechcha's dedication to justice for non-allottees and her aspirations to contest from Nakrekal. Other society members urged support for Swechcha's daughter’s education, with journalist Prabhakar Rao pledging ₹1 lakh towards her schooling.
Various journalist associations condemned the way certain YouTube channels sensationalized the tragedy, calling for accountability and ethical reform in media reporting. TUWJF General Secretary Basava Punnaiah demanded strict action against those allegedly responsible for her death.
