Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu Review: Our Shankar Varaprasad!

In today's society where divorces are increasing due to egos, this story of Shankar Varaprasad, a middle-class National Security Officer who is also a victim, written by director Anil Ravipudi, is both funny and emotional, and especially connects well with family movie lovers. The first half shows Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara's flashback story, along with how the hero reconnects with his estranged children. Moreover, Anil has once again successfully delivered his signature family comedy in the first half with Boss's timing and Bulli Raju's comedy scenes. In the second half, Chiranjeevi, as a National Security Officer, goes to his divorced wife's house and plays a game with his father-in-law, who was the reason for the divorce. By the climax, the film concludes with Chiranjeevi risking his life to save his wife and children from a great danger.

The hook step that created a buzz even before the release, along with the surprise vintage hit song dance sequences featuring Megastar and Venkatesh, are the highlights of the film. Chiranjeevi's dance, Bheems' music, and Venky's surprise role have been major plus points for the film's success. With this, Anil Ravipudi has once again scored a hit for Sankranthi, registering a mega Sankranthi victory. Finally, my rating for this Pongal festival movie is 3.5 out of 5.
