Speaking to the media, Vijayashanti said, “This film gave me a deep sense of satisfaction. After a long gap, I returned in a powerful role as a mother and a cop. The mother-son emotion struck a chord with everyone. Many women called me to say they were moved to tears. That felt truly rewarding.”

She praised director Pradeep Chilukuri for presenting the story beautifully and emotionally, especially the climax, which she described as shocking and experimental, but well-received by the audience.

On her on-screen and off-screen bonding with Kalyan Ram, she said, “He’s a wonderful person. We developed a strong bond even off-camera. It’s rare to experience such a connection in cinema.”

Reflecting on her career, she said, *“I've always chosen roles with variety — from glamour to action. I see it as a blessing from God. The people gave me the title ‘Lady Superstar’ and even ‘Lady Jackie Chan’ after *Pratighatana* and Osey Ramulamma. Their love has always been my biggest strength.”

About the mud action sequence, she revealed, “It was shot in harsh winter conditions. It was challenging, but the applause it received made it worth it. I trained for a year with a strict diet and workouts to fit the role.”

Responding to recent comments about critics, she clarified, “I only spoke up because criticism should be responsible. If you don’t like a film, offer suggestions. But unnecessary negativity towards good cinema is unfair.”

On future projects, she hinted, “If I get another full-length action role, I’d definitely consider it.”

She also thanked producers Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu for their full support, stating, “They never said no to anything. They provided everything the film needed.”

Vijayashanti fondly recalled the audience’s love, “Back in the day, fans would travel in bullock carts to see my films. Even now, the younger generation calls me ‘Ramulamma akka’. That kind of love is priceless.”
