German Delegation Pays Courtesy Visit to Hon’ble Labour Minister Dr. Vivek Venkatswamy Regarding Nursing Recruitment under Triple Win Project
A delegation from the Government of Germany paid a courtesy visit today to Dr. Vivek Venkatswamy, Hon’ble Minister for Labour, Employment, Training & Factories, Government of Telangana, at the State Secretariat in Hyderabad. The meeting was also attended by Mr. M. Dana Kishore, IAS, Chief Secretary to Government and Vice Chairman of TOMCOM.
The German team included Mrs. Bianca Maria Kunz, Mrs. Dejena Hertic, Mr. Abdul Rehman Althahleh, and representatives from GIZ India. The purpose of the visit was to discuss recruitment opportunities for Telangana nurses in Germany under the Triple Win Project (TWP), which offers free German language training, followed by placements in reputed healthcare institutions across Germany.
On this occasion, Hon’ble Minister Dr. Vivek Venkatswamy expressed strong support for the nursing sector and emphasized that the government would also explore similar opportunities in other fields — especially through the Ausbildung program for ITI students. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing international employment opportunities for youth through global partnerships.
Interviews for Telangana nurses under the TWP will be conducted at Begumpet Tourism Plaza from July 9th to 17th, 2025. The previous batch of TWP-selected nurses has already completed B1-level German language training and is scheduled to depart for Germany between October and November 2025.
The Hon’ble Minister stated that through TOMCOM, the Telangana Government is taking concrete steps to ensure international job opportunities for the state’s youth.
