The cast and crew expressed gratitude and shared their joy at receiving national recognition.

Lyricist Suresh Banisetti was thrilled that one of the five songs he penned for the film earned national acclaim. He praised Sai Rajesh and hoped to see him win an Oscar in the future.

Singer PVNS Rohit shared his emotional journey, stating how “Premistunna” changed his career. “This award is a dream come true. I’m forever thankful to Sai Rajesh, producer SKN, and composer Vijay Bulganin.”

Actress Vaishnavi Chaitanya felt proud to be part of a project still remembered after two years. “Sai Rajesh’s vision made this possible,” she said, also recalling the atmosphere on set during the Premistunna shoot.

Producer SKN emphasized that “Baby” brought not just financial success but also critical acclaim, including Filmfare, SIIMA, and now, the National Awards. “Good films are like trees—they bear fruit and leave a legacy,” he said.

Hero Anand Deverakonda felt honored to have “National Award Winner” attached to his film. “Sai Rajesh believed in this story for years. The film’s impact and the recognition it got proves the power of passion.”

Co-producer Dheeraj Mogilineni said “Baby” will always hold a special place in his career. “This project, this team—it’s unforgettable.”

Director Sai Rajesh spoke emotionally about how deeply connected he was to the story. “Winning the award for screenplay is special, but I was even more moved that Premistunna got recognized.” He thanked every member of the team for their dedication, especially editor Viplav and producer SKN who believed in him from day one.

The “Baby” team now feels an even greater responsibility to make meaningful cinema and promised to continue delivering impactful stories.
