Our heartfelt tribute to the legendary film journalist B. A. Raju on his 66th Birth Anniversary.

B.A. Raju's professional journey was truly remarkable. He initially handled the publicity for Superstar Krishna's films, and as a PRO, he worked on over 1500 films, playing a crucial role in their success. In addition, he left an indelible mark on journalism. With his experience working for several newspapers, he founded Super Hit Weekly in 1994 along with his wife, B.Jaya. The fact that B.A. Raju continued to run the magazine until his last breath, which speaks volumes about his dedication.
He also produced films under the Super Hit Friends and RJ Cinemas banners in 2001. He produced many films such as Premalo Pavani, Kalyan, Chantigadu, Lovely, and Vaishakham. He could readily recall, without the aid of a computer, which director and which hero had made how many films, and even their release dates. As the President of the Film Critics Association, he always stood by his fellow Journalists and was always the first to offer help to anyone who needed it. Although he was close to everyone in the film industry, he shared a special bond with Superstar Krishna and Superstar Mahesh Babu.
Even though Sri B.A. Raju Garu is no longer with us, but the path he laid out continues to be followed. The IndustryHit.com website, founded by B.A. Raju Garu, and his X (formerly Twitter) account, which has over seven lakh followers, continue to provide constant film updates. Now, his son, B. Sivakumar, has revived the Super Hit Friends and RJ Cinemas banners founded by B.A. Raju Garu, is preparing to announce films with prominent heroes soon. His absence is an irreplaceable loss. On the occasion of his 66th birth anniversary today, let us offer our heartfelt tributes to his sacred soul.
